Job description

  • Analyze and test customer-returned parts using problem-solving methods
  • Identify root causes (with external labs or Tier 2 suppliers if needed)
  • Define corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Prepare clear technical reports with supporting evidence
  • Create and update analysis procedures to meet customer and Lear standards
  • Support customers and participate in taskforces for critical quality issues
  • Contribute to meeting overall customer quality goals

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Automotive experience is a plus
