Job description
- Analyze and test customer-returned parts using problem-solving methods
- Identify root causes (with external labs or Tier 2 suppliers if needed)
- Define corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare clear technical reports with supporting evidence
- Create and update analysis procedures to meet customer and Lear standards
- Support customers and participate in taskforces for critical quality issues
- Contribute to meeting overall customer quality goals
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Proficient in MS Office and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Automotive experience is a plus
