Frontend/Fullstack Engineer

Purpose of the job The Frontend Engineer will focus on building user-centric, responsive, and performant web applications, while contributing to backend development when needed. The role demands proficiency in frontend technologies, analytical skills, familiarity with Node.js, and strong collaboration abilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining high coding standards and software quality. What You'll Do Design and build responsive, intuitive interfaces using React and Next.js. Integrate APIs for smooth frontend-backend communication. Contribute to the system architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and perform testing of frontend

components. Use Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus) for deployment and operations. Contribute to InnerSource/Open Source projects to promote innovation and collaboration. Stay up to date with new technologies and bring improvements to the development workflow. Work in Agile teams, supporting both frontend and backend efforts. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in software engineering, building complex and distributed systems. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong experience with React, Next.js, and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components). Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js). Backend familiarity: Node.js with Fastify. Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Skilled in software architecture principles: scalability, fault tolerance, and recovery. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus). Comfortable with GitHub workflows (GitHub Actions, GitOps, scripting, etc.). Passion for clean code, documentation, and sustainable software practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
