Unity Senior AI specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities You will be in charge of developing the AI of a new game (from concept, design, development, testing, optimizing, to publishing). You will be reporting to the Game Producer. Minimum Requirements 1. Strong background in UNITY. 2. Strong background in C#. 3. Experience designing and implementing AI behavior systems (e.g., state machines, behavior trees). 4. Proficiency with Unity NavMesh and custom pathfinding solutions. 5. Knowledge of animation systems (e.g., Mecanim, custom rigs). 6. Ability to optimize AI for performance in large-scale environments. 7. Professional software development experience of at least 3 years. 8.

Profound and disciplined programming skills and experience in system design, architectures, and best practices and techniques used in games. 9. Performance analysis and optimization skills. 10. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Desired Requirements 1. Proficient in XR interaction toolkits (e.g., Unity XR, OpenXR). 2. Quaternion manipulation. 3. Vectors and 3D spatial reasoning. 4. Experience in Unity Physx. 5. Hands-on experience with VR platforms (e.g., Meta, Oculus, HTC Vive, Pico). 6. Knowledge of haptic feedback and user experience design for VR. 7.
