Job description

Technical Project Manager - Supply Chain Data & Analytics We are hiring a Technical Project Manager in the Supply Chain Data & Analytics space who can drive continuous process improvements and important digital initiatives contributing towards strategic priorities. The Associate Director, Technical Project Manager will lead multiple projects and digital products with team members comprising of both internal and external resources. You will interact with global business and IT stakeholders and ensure successful solution delivery with standard designs in line with industry best practices. About The Role Responsibilities * Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software or solutions that support the Supply Chain organization as well as other cross-functional strategic initiatives. * Manage global business and IT stakeholders, align key strategic endorsements, conduct governance, escalation and vendor management. * Participate in fit-gap workshops with business, providing effort estimates and solution proposals. * Hands-on, solution-driven and customer-focused: develop and maintain code repositories, respond rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerabilities. * Embed software development best practices into everyday work and inspire others in the community. * Collaborate extensively with security, compliance, enterprise data management, architecture, project management, product management, and business management teams. * Drive data enablement and build digital products and deliver solutions per business prioritizations, aligned with technology architects. * Evaluate the impact of new business processes and ERP programs on existing/upcoming BI and analytics solutions. * Contribute towards AI/ML initiatives including Generative AI/Agentic AI, data quality improvement, business process simplification, data democratization and other strategic pillars. * Ensure designed solutions align with Data and Analytics

Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, business or related field. * 10+ years of data & analytics experience in a professional environment, building applications across platforms. * 6+ years of experience in delivery management. * 6+ years of experience in customer-facing IT roles. * 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management. * Strong data engineering fundamentals in data management, data analysis, back-end system design. * Strong hands-on exposure in Data & Analytics (including predictive and prescriptive analytics) solutions. * Fluent English (written and verbal).
