Job description
To enhance our successful IT Management Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for 1 Head of IT Security (f/m/d) The Head of IT-Security must have extensive experience and up-to-date knowledge in IT-Security. You need excellent planning skills to create and maintain complex IT-Security systems. Your main responsibility is to define and implement the IT-Security Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring adherence to practices. Working with your team and executives, you ensure IT-Security across the organization to reduce risks. You manage projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. In this role you are building IT-Security awareness through training and communication campaigns for all employees.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an IT-Security Strategy and IT-Security Roadmap
- Support the Information Security Organization
- Provide strategic and tactical vision, and execution, focused on incident prevention, detection, and response
- Perform IT security risk assessments and report on ways to minimize threats
- Executive Leadership - Serve as the lead security executive for AT&S, responsible for leading an effective corporate-wide initiative and instilling a culture of security throughout the company, including close relationships with the Executive Chairman, CEO, and executive leadership team.
- Establishment of a global Security Operations Center (SOC) for IT and OT Security, acting as Process Owner for Manage Security Services, A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field or at least 10 years' experience with focus on IT-Security, IT Leadership with significant responsibilities in IT-Security and Information Security
- Knowledge in IT-Risk and Crisis Management
- Prepare decisions for Top Management
- Basic Knowhow in local Law's and IT-Law's
- Willingness to participate in internal and external Audits
- Strong knowledge in leadership and motivation of employees
- Professional English skills to ensure effective communication
- Strong communication skills with TOP Management and for interacting with major Customers in regard of IT-Security
