Job description

As a Lead Analyst Developer, you will design innovative IT solutions leveraging your deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data architecture to meet customer needs and project requirements. You will develop these solutions, define and execute comprehensive unit and system tests to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and coach for fellow IT analysts and developers, sharing your knowledge and supporting their growth within a collaborative environment.

As Lead Analyst - Developer , you are responsible for:

  • Business requirement: Understand and challenge complex business needs and requirements with stakeholders, then translate these into functional, non-functional, and technical analyses, leveraging telco and data expertise to shape effective solutions.
  • Design: Support the Solution Architect in defining scalable, secure, and efficient solutions by gathering IT requirements and designing architectures that leverage GCP expertise and Data Vault modeling to meet business and technical needs.
  • Functional & technical Documentation: Maintain and keep the functional and technical documentation of your application domain up to date.
  • Project: Lead small projects from design to delivery and contribute to medium and large projects by supporting solution design and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Coaching: Lead and mentor the IT Analyst-Developer community by promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams., Orange SA, in the common interest of its European Affiliates, has appointed Orange Polska SA for providing recruitment services for the Group.

European Affiliates of the Orange Group that may act as beneficiaries are:

Orange Polska SA, Orange Belgium SA, Orange Moldova SA, Orange Romanian SA, Orange Services SRL (Romania), Orange Slovensko a.s. (the "European Affiliates").

In this scope, Orange Polska acts as Joint controller with Orange SA and European Affiliates in the processing of your personal data (here below altogether the "joint controllers").

This means that we are responsible for processing it in accordance with applicable laws.

Purposes, Legal Bases, and Duration of Processing Your Personal Data

We will process your data to:

  • a) conduct the recruitment process or collect data for future recruitments to European Affiliates of the Orange Group. The legal basis is your consent;

If you apply to a position located in Moldova (i.e. outside EEA zone), you grant your consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside EEA zone.

  • b) send you a request to express an anonymous, voluntary opinion on the quality of the recruitment we conduct. The legal basis is your consent.

We don't conduct profiling or fully automated decision-making.

We process your data:

  • for 12 months from when we receive your application,
  • for 24 months from receiving your application if you consent to the processing of your data in future recruitments.

We will cease to process data based on your consent earlier if you withdraw consent. You can do this at any time. It will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.

Recruitment Process

During the recruitment process, we will ask for your consent to process the personal data you provide. You can now agree to receive a request to express an anonymous, voluntary opinion on the quality of the recruitment.

In the recruitment process, we will process data required by Polish law and the law of the country to which you are being recruited, as well as other data about you. In particular, this may include data:

a) from tests that we have asked you to complete,

b) from other methods of verifying competencies and skills that we used during recruitment meetings, which we obtained with your consent,

c) from a video recorded and submitted to us via the HireFlix platform, which you may be asked to provide during the recruitment process (unless you opted for a standard interview with a recruiter after sending information to the email address: recruitment.hub@orange.com).

This data will be used to determine and assess your competencies and skills in terms of meeting the requirements for the position you are applying for (legal basis: the consent of the person concerned).

Additionally, certain information about the recruitment process may be used to create compilations, analyses, statistics (for external and internal purposes), e.g., for the purposes of the European Affiliates as joint controllers, management reporting, development work in IT systems, or creating statistical models - for a period of 24 months from the submission of the application (legal basis: legitimate interest).

The data you provide will also be used to establish, defend, and pursue claims (including claims between joint controllers and third parties) - for the period specified in the law for the limitation of various types of claims (legal basis: legitimate interest) and to prove our compliance with law - for the period in which our lack of such evidence can cause us administrative fines (legal basis: legitimate interest).

Your data may be processed by artificial intelligence (AI) systems to the extent necessary for the purposes indicated above, provided that the required legal safeguards and your rights are maintained.

Required Data and Sources of Data

  • Data provided through our form

If you provide your data directly to us through our online form, certain data will be necessary to take part in the recruitment process. You are not obliged by law nor by a contract to provide such data. However, if you do not provide it, you will not be able to participate in the recruitment process.

We can check your professional profile from your publicly available account in the professional social networks (such as LinkedIn etc.) for the purposes of an ongoing recruitment process.

If we disclose your data to the European Affiliate of the Orange Group which is interested in a particular recruitment process, this entity may request you to provide other data. In such a case this European Affiliate will process it as a separate controller, under its own privacy notice.

  • Data collected from professional social networks

If you haven't applied for the job through our platform, we can collect your contact data as well as your professional profile from your publicly available account in the professional social networks (such as LinkedIn etc.). We can use such data to contact you and offer you participation in the recruitment process. If you don't respond we will keep your data not longer than:

  • for 12 months from receiving your application. Our legal basis for such processing will be our legitimate interest.

  • for 24 months from receiving you application, if you consent to the processing of your data in future recruitments. Our legal basis for such processing will be your consent.

Data Recipients

Because of their functions and within the limits of their respective tasks, where can disclose your data to the service providers, IT suppliers, subcontractors in charge which process the data according to Orange Polska instructions.

We may also share your personal data only when necessary and for the purposes described in this Personal Data Processing Information:

  • Orange SA may be recipient of categories of data included in certain cases personal data if necessary. These categories of data are the result of the data processing by Orange Polska.

  • European Affiliates: Based on your consent we may share your personal data provided on through our online form with other European Affiliated of the Orange Group who wish to use our recruitment process.

In accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the data may be transmitted to the competent authorities, at their request, in their capacity as authorized third parties.

European Affiliates of the Orange Group who benefit from the recruitment service

If you decide to take part in recruitment to European Affiliate of the Orange Group that uses the recruitment service, your data will be disclosed to this European Affiliate. If this entity is interested in your further recruitment, it will conduct it in its own name, as a separate data controller. In such a case this European Affiliate will follow the laws of the country in which it is established and can rely on legal bases which derive from such laws.

Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

For the purposes defined above, if you take part in recruitment process for European Affiliates of the Orange Group, which are located outside the European Union, we will ask for your explicit consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • withdraw consent at any time if the basis for processing your personal data by us is the consent you have given; however, withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
  • request access to your data processed by joint controllers,
  • rectification (correction) of data,
  • deletion or limitation of their processing,
  • data portability, which means the right to receive data processed by joint controllers or to request their transfer to another entity,
  • object to data processing.

The scope of each of these rights and the situations in which you can use them arise from legal provisions. Which rights you can exercise will depend, for example, on the legal basis and purpose of data processing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT?, Hold a university degree with at least 3 years of experience in solution analysis.

Understand both functional and non-functional system requirements.

Possess in-depth knowledge of your discipline and how it interfaces with other disciplines, functional groups, and various layers within the end-to-end technical chain.

Capable of explaining complex technical matters to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Demonstrate assertiveness and a strong sense of autonomy to achieve objectives.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
