• Lead the integration of GenAI into our systems and processes.
• Take charge of product development from solution to operation.
• Collaborate in an agile team to deliver continuous improvement., Your Contribution
• As a frontrunner in AI, you embark with us on the journey to bring GenAI into our processes
• As a doer, you take responsibility and ensure that the platform and our processes improve a little every day
• As a developer with a DevOps mentality, you and the team are responsible for the entire product from solution finding through development to operation
• As an experienced person, you help shape the design and architecture and ensure that our platform continuously delivers value
• As a link between requirements and solutions, you understand the business context and translate it into technical solutions
• As a team member, you actively contribute to the agile, self-organized DevOps team

• Solid IT education with several years of experience required.
• Passionate DevOps developer with Java experience.
• Interest in GenAI and experience with LLM integrations preferred., * You are a passionate DevOps developer and familiar with Java. Experience with Docker, Spring, and Openshift complete your profile
• You have a strong interest in GenAI and ideally already some experience with LLM integrations in processes
• You love challenges and can grow from them
• You are eager to work on complex and interconnected tasks in the life insurance sector
• You have a solid computer science education with several years of experience and remain calm even in hectic situations
• You enjoy laughing and want to celebrate successes or learning moments with the team
