Job description
As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) at Temedica, you'll be at the heart of shaping and shipping impactful products for our patients. You'll drive the team's momentum, ensuring that every release is high-quality and delivers a great experience for our patients.
You'll take ownership of problem and scope definition, breaking down complex, interconnected challenges into clear, actionable opportunities. You'll encourage the team to think big while starting small-so that learning and iteration happen quickly.
With a strong focus on outcomes, you'll help the team measure impact, learn from what's been delivered, and use those insights to shape what comes next. Data will be a key tool in your work: you'll collaborate closely with analysts, run experiments, and guide the team in making evidence-based decisions.
Communication is another big part of this role. You'll synthesize research and insights, tailoring your message to different audiences-whether it's your immediate team, leadership, or external stakeholders. You'll also be the one keeping people informed on big, sometimes divisive projects, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organisation.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll also lead multiple larger initiatives-sometimes with external clients or complex internal stakeholders-navigating scope changes, shifting timelines, or tough conversations while still steering projects toward successful outcomes. Most importantly, you'll help your peers and team make efficient, confident decisions that move the product forward.
By joining us, you'll
- Make real-world impact: Your work will empower patients to better manage their health, stay engaged in their treatment, and feel supported throughout their journey.
- Work at the intersection of healthcare & technology: You'll tackle meaningful challenges, shaping digital tools that improve care experiences for patients and providers alike.
- Grow with a passionate team: Collaborate with people who care deeply about purpose-driven products, and who are motivated by seeing technology make a difference.
- Shape the future of chronic care: Help us scale our patient companion platform to reach more people, expand into new therapeutic areas, and redefine how digital health supports everyday living. This isn't just a job-it's an opportunity to use your product skills to truly change lives.
What you bring to the table
- Core product skills: Problem discovery, user journey & workflow mapping, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Execution & delivery: Roadmapping, epic/user story writing, agile rituals, and release management.
- Customer focus: Obsession with user needs, journey mapping, usability, and adoption growth.
- Leadership & communication: Confident, clear communicator who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
- Business & growth mindset: Experience driving product adoption, defining success metrics, and aligning with business impact.
- Technical & domain fluency: Comfortable working with engineers and understanding industry-specific challenges.
