Job description
- As part of a team, you'll create modern high-level device software using a SECS/GEM-compatible framework (C#).
- Play a key role in migrating older WPF applications to cutting edge Blazor and ASP.NET Core.
- You'll be responsible for directly coordinating interfaces with customers and making adjustments independently.
- Occasionally, you'll assist with software commissioning, including on-site visits to customers worldwide (approximately 10% of the time).
- Maintaining communication with customers and service technicians, you'll address technical inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative software concepts and bringing them to life.
- Version control and documentation will be managed by you as essential components of a professional software development process.
Requirements
- A completed degree in a STEM field or a technical apprenticeship with relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of C# in a Microsoft development environment (e.g., Visual Studio).
- A solid understanding of hardware and measurement methods, ideally with experience in developing devices for the semiconductor industry.
- Openness to new technologies and additional programming languages.
- Being able to grasp the hardware and its measurement methods is not a challenge for you.
- Good English skills - our team is international!
- You are a team player, communicative, and work independently and conscientiously.
