Job description

  • You will be independently responsible for processing tickets, service requests as well as fault and problem reports.
  • You will ensure that the administration of Windows servers, Microsoft Azure and M365 services runs smoothly.
  • You will set up new computers and take care of onboarding and offboarding
  • With your expertise, curiosity and appearance, you will contribute to new IT projects and thus ensure the further development of all Office IT topics

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist in system integration) or have comparable professional experience

  • You have good knowledge of the operation of Windows, networks and hardware
  • You have experience in working with iOS and/or Android devices
  • Strong customer orientation and very good communication skills are a matter of course for you
  • You have a high degree of commitment and willingness to learn
  • You are characterized by independent, structured and solution-oriented work as well as a high degree of quality awareness, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Communication in English is no problem for you
