Junior System Administrator

• IT-Support für alle HEROs: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für technische Fragen und unterstützt unsere Kolleg:innen im Daily Business - freundlich, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig.
• First & Second Level Support übernehmen: Du analysierst und löst Supportanfragen eigenständig, priorisierst sinnvoll und gibst komplexere Themen strukturiert weiter.
• User- & Device-Management: Du richtest Geräte ein, verwaltest Benutzerkonten, kümmerst dich um On- und Offboardings und stellst sicher, dass neue HEROs vom ersten Tag an arbeitsfähig sind.
• Störungsbehebung & Systempflege: Du führst grundlegende Fehleranalysen durch, setzt Software auf, kümmerst dich um Updates und hältst unsere Endgeräte auf dem neuesten Stand.
• Meetingraum- & Office-Technik betreuen: Du sorgst dafür, dass Hardware, Videokonferenzsysteme und Arbeitsplätze reibungslos funktionieren.
• IT-Prozesse weiterentwickeln: Du dokumentierst standardisierte Abläufe, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau unserer internen IT-Services.

• Erfahrung im IT-Support oder als Junior Administrator sowie sicherer Umgang mit Windows 11
• Grundwissen in Netzwerkthemen wie DNS, DHCP, VPN und WLAN
• Erfahrung mit Google Workspace sowie Motivation, Tools wie NinjaOne und Jira Service Management souverän zu nutzen
• Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse (C2) und gute Englisch Kenntnisse (min. B2)
• Fähigkeit, technische Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich zu erklären
• Hohe Serviceorientierung, klare Kommunikation und Freude am Austausch mit Kolleg*innen
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Ownership-Mentalität
• Bereitschaft, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und neue Lösungen einzubringen
• Nice to have: Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell oder Interesse an Automatisierungstools wie Make
