Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (C1 ) und fließendes Englisch (B2) für eine klare und sichere Kommunikation im Team und mit unseren Partnern.

Du hast Interesse daran, Workshops und Trainings mit Kunden und interdisziplinären Teams zu gestalten .

Innerhalb unseres Gehaltsframeworks ordnet sich das Bruttojahresgehalt der Position bei einer Spanne von 53.000 - 63.000 EUR pro Jahr ein und orientiert sich an verschiedenen Faktoren, wie Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
