Scrum Master - Agile Transformation

• Erfahrung als Scrum Master, idealerweise in komplexen, skalierenden Umfeldern
• Tiefes Verständnis und praktische Anwendungserfahrung der Scrum Methodik und ggfs. anderer (skaliert) agiler Frameworks (z.B. Kanban, SAFe, LeSS etc.)
• Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und agilem Coaching, Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen Orientierung zu geben
• Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
• Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift (C1)
