Product Owner , Cardiology ViewPoint

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Owner to join our team and drive the development and success of our innovative software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) products. As a Product Owner for Cardiology, you will play a pivotal role in turning product vision into reality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer needs are met while achieving business objectives., * Transform the high-level vision of the Product Manager into actionable, detailed product requirements.

• Lead the conception, requirements management, and planning of product design, ensuring the implementation of core program goals using agile software development methods.
• Coordinate and collaborate with agile development teams and product management to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyze and define complex product requirements in cooperation with customers, product management, and the regions.
• Support and mentor development teams in implementing new product features and improvements.
• Manage, prioritize, plan and align the product backlog to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and build strong partnerships with customers as required.
• Ensure that product development investments align with customer needs and meet ROI targets set by Product Management.
• Expand collaboration beyond the Product Manager, including working with AI/ML solution providers, Data Architects, and Data Privacy & Security experts, as relevant.

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's or advanced degree in biomedical engineering or medical technology, or a related field, or equivalent education.

• Extended hands-on experience with modern agile software development, ideally in a regulated medical environment.
• Understanding of product management principles.
• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, distributed applications and networks, client-server systems, and databases. AI and cloud experience would be desirable., * Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholder and more than one scrum team would be desirable.
• Fluent English, German or another language skills would be of benefit.
