Responsible for the heart of our UGC platform, including integrations, back-office tools, content collection, moderation, and distribution. We also manage event streams, analytics, and data infrastructure, ensuring our systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable
- The Influencer Platform Team (Copenhagen):
The team behind the influencer marketing part of the Flowbox platform, developing and maintaining a platform for influencer collaboration, campaign management, and performance tracking. We handle everything from influencer payments and reporting to analytics and insights, making it simple for brands and influencers to connect, collaborate, and generate results.
We work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment, collaborating across disciplines to deliver impactful solutions. In this team, you'll find a balance of challenge, creativity, and ownership, with plenty of opportunities to make a real impact on Flowbox's core product.

Your mission
As a UGC Platform Backend Developer at Flowbox, you'll play a vital role in shaping the core infrastructure that powers our product, a platform used by hundreds of leading brands around the world.
You'll be part of an autonomous, cross-functional, agile team that designs, builds, and maintains backend services that are highly available, low-latency, and scalable. Your work will directly impact how we collect, process, and deliver user-generated content at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop robust APIs, microservices, and backend systems that power our UGC platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features to life and improve existing functionality.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across multiple services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, infrastructure improvements, and process enhancements to help our platform grow efficiently.
- Work with a modern tech stack including Python, Docker, AWS (S3, Athena, Lambdas), Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Product Reviews, and Retrospectives, continuously improving how we build, deliver, and learn together.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, You're a backend developer with 3-4+ years of hands-on experience building reliable, scalable systems. You have strong, practical experience with Python, and you take pride in writing clean, maintainable code that powers products millions of users rely on every day.
You're comfortable working with Celery, Flask, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, and you understand how to design and maintain microservice architectures. You have hands-on experience with AWS services like CloudWatch, Kinesis, EKS, Lambdas and DynamoDB, and you're confident in navigating modern cloud environments.
You thrive in collaborative, open environments where ideas are shared freely and feedback is valued. You're curious about how systems perform in production and motivated by delivering solutions that create real business value.
