Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that cross-functional teams collaborate effectively, deliver value continuously, and align project outcomes with business objectives. The Agile Project Manager will play a critical role in fostering an Agile mindset across the organization, enabling faster decision-making, improved product quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Agile project teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Utilize Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Monitor project progress using Agile metrics and tools, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices within Agile frameworks such as Scrum.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.

Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Business Analysis practices.

Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

Experience with requirements management and documentation tools.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools and practices.
