Job description
As the Data Science Lead for the Customer & Consumer Business platform, you will drive initiatives that enhance customer experience through advanced segmentation, behavioral modeling, and actionable consumer insights. Proficiency in developing and optimizing sales and pricing models is also required to support the strategic objectives of the customer and consumer platform. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders from all business units, you will identify opportunities for AI-driven insights, design predictive and prescriptive models, and implement solutions that improve engagement, satisfaction, and conversion. In parallel, you will develop intelligent tools and models that support and accelerate employees in their daily tasks by delivering timely information, personalized suggestions, and actionable recommendations - empowering teams to make better decisions and work more efficiently. ensure best practices in data modeling are followed, promote consistency and scalability, and work closely with data engineering to deploy robust, business-ready solutions
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models for customer-related business applications.
- Oversee data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling.
- Implement orchestration frameworks and pipelines (e.g., Kedro) to automate and streamline model workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models in microservice-based architectures using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Conduct linear optimization and advanced analytics to support business decision-making.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders concerning data science and data requirements.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists in the consumer domain, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and technical growth.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and microservice-based AI/ML deployments.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as Kedro or similar pipeline tools.
- Proven experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and advanced analytics.
- Background in linear optimization and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in the consumer insights and sales pipelines, or related domains.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
