Job description
LanguageWire is a global leader in language and content services, dedicated to helping brands achieve their full global potential. Since our founding in 2000, we have continuously evolved and developed unique technology to facilitate seamless multilingual communication. Our worldwide network of language experts, coupled with an intuitive online platform, makes it effortless for brands to translate and manage multilingual content. The role you'll play As our Senior Fullstack Engineer, you won't just ship code - you'll own outcomes. You'll be part of a product-driven team that builds, runs, and continuously improves the platform our translators, customers, and internal experts rely on. From idea to production and beyond, you'll take responsibility for creating value, ensuring quality, and operating what you build in a cloud-native environment. Your focus will be modernizing and extending our front end (Vue.js + TypeScript), while also diving into our .NET microservices and databases when needed. You'll work closely with product managers, UX, and your teammates to deliver features that make a real difference - not just lines of code. The team you'll be a part of We are evolving from a feature factory to a product team mindset. That means we value outcomes over output, continuous delivery over long release cycles, and shared ownership over silos. Our suite of .NET microservices powers the LanguageWire platform, and as part of the team you'll make sure those services are reliable, scalable, and delivering maximum value to our users. If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and services: from design and coding to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance ("You build it, you run it").
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape solutions that solve real user problems.
- Modernize and expand our front end while contributing to backend services and databases.
- Contribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of new product capabilities.
- Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines to deliver frequently and with confidence.
- Ensure quality through testing (TDD/BDD), code reviews, and proactive issue prevention.
- Champion best practices in DevOps, automation, and operational excellence.
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge to raise the overall bar of the team.
In one year, you'll know you were successful if…
- You've delivered meaningful features that are used and loved by our customers.
- You've improved the reliability and delivery speed of our platform through better CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- You're recognized as a go-to person for product and technical leadership within the team.
- You and your team feel true ownership of the product, celebrating outcomes instead of just output.
Desired experience and competencies What does it take to work for LanguageWire? What you'll need to bring
