What You'll Do

Build full-stack features across the platform, collaborating closely with CEO and CTO

Solve tough technical problems with high autonomy and ownership

Ensure product quality, performance, and scalable infrastructure as pilots are onboarded

Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve problem-solving

2-8+ years of professional software development experience

Strong full-stack experience (Next.js + PostgreSQL)

Solid backend fundamentals: PostgreSQL, database design, and consistency

Experience working at fast-paced startups or building 0*1 products

Comfort using AI tools to accelerate development and reason through problems

Worked at a high-caliber startup and/or attended a top university is a plus

Clear written English and ability to operate in distributed teams
