Frontend Engineer

You'll help craft intuitive, high-performing, and accessible interfaces that empower millions of users worldwide , ensuring that every interaction feels seamless, engaging, and reliable As a Frontend Engineer, you'll champion clean code, performance, and design excellence, while fostering a culture of collaboration, observability, and continuous improvement within our Product & Engineering teams. What you'll be doing As a Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Produce simple, maintainable code and in the meantime search for ways to improve it.

• Working together with the Product and Design teams to build the best UX for our customer

• The platform requires special attention on performance, given the complexity of the data structures and the amount of requests the services are handling each day.You will be responsible for well testing your code (unit tests, acceptance tests, integration tests, load tests, performance tests) and propose/implement performance improvements.

Do you have experience in UX?, * Outstanding software engineering skills.

• Proven experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue.

• You can convert a design into code and deliver it using current software engineering best practices.

• You are able to write code that someone unfamiliar with that software can understand.

• Experience in building medium/large-scale web applications with complex layouts and data structures.

• Experience in micro-frontends.

• A systematic approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with unit, integration, functional, and e2e testing

• Learn from feedback and help others learn to write better applications.

• You're passionate about what you do.

• You've never let not knowing a framework, a language, or discipline stop you from diving into and owning a project.

To get this challenge

• Video call with a member of the People team to get to know you and your motivations.

• Discussion with an Engineering Manager and a Software Engineer about your experience, ambitions, and fit within Cobee by Pluxee. This stage will also include some exercises to evaluate your testing and algorithm skills.

• Technical conversation with team members, including an architectural challenge designed to explore your technical skills and problem-solving approach.
