Senior IT Operations Manager

Help us shape the future of Axpo's Collaboration & Workplace products. Drive operational excellence, elevate service quality, and turn transitioned IT services into great, user-centric products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Coordinate end-to-end operations for Collaboration & Workplace services as the central point of contact

• Lead the transition of services from a third-party provider to internal teams, ensuring smooth handovers and alignment

• Define, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes across products

• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve service quality, reduce downtime, and boost efficiency

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless operations

• Maintain clear documentation and manage escalations with the IT-wide support and operations organization, Access to the ESI (Enterprise Skills Initiative) program certification, provides hands-on training for learning and enhancing technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft and Azure technologies.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent; 5+ years in IT operations or service management

• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational process optimization
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Windows 11 & Mac client environments
• Proven track record managing transitions from external providers to internal teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ideally, experience in product-oriented IT organizations and KPI-driven service improvement; German language skills are a plus
