The team designs, implements, and maintains a secure, cutting-edge technical ecosystem that enables high-quality, cost-efficient services for our customers worldwide., As an infrastructure engineer, this role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's IT systems by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure solutions., * Administer enterprise storage platforms, including SAN and NAS environments (e.g., Pure Storage Flash Array, network shares, file services).
- Manage and optimize virtualization infrastructures, including VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE, ensuring high availability, performance, and capacity planning.
- Design and maintain backup strategies using Veeam Backup & Replication and cloud-based solutions.
- Administer and optimize Active Directory and Azure Entra ID environments, ensuring security, reliability, and seamless integration.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers in production environments.
- Maintain server lifecycle management, including updates, performance optimization, security hardening and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure data protection, recovery testing, and business continuity through well-defined RPO/RTO objectives.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Proactively monitor infrastructure components to ensure availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in coordination with other teams, ensuring minimal business impact.
Requirements
Do you have experience in vSphere?, * 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration roles. Experience in broadcast or telecommunications environments will be a plus.
- Proven experience managing Windows and Linux server environments in production.
- Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in directory management and virtualization platforms.
- Experience administering enterprise storage (SAN/NAS, Pure Storage Flash Array).
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, identity, security).
- Strong understanding of infrastructure security, patching, and compliance processes, with practical knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technology areas.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and standardization.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a high-paced environment.
- High sense of ownership and reliability, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
