Job description
- Application Management: Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP FI/CO systems, ensuring smooth daily operations and troubleshooting issues
- Incident & Change Management: Oversee incident resolution and handle change requests for the FI/CO modules, from analysis to implementation
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements, ensuring the SAP solutions are aligned with business needs
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, ensuring data consistency and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to maintain optimal system performance
- End-to-End solution design: Deliver support services based on a wide end-to-end process and IT landscape perspective
- Artificial intelligence: Support IT solutions based on modern technologies using AI and machine learning functionalities
- Documentation & Training: Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and conduct training sessions for key users and internal teams
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP features and innovations, proposing improvements to enhance the system's functionality
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with a strong focus on Application Management to join our team., * Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO Application Management
- Technical skills: solid understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Preferred skills: Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and system changes. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Work approach: Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
- Language: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
