Work on front- and back-end of CTcue application (IQVIA Patient Finder Solution): implement features, improve functionality, resolve bugs.

Collaborate on code improvements, expand test coverage.

Contribute to documentation (processes, workflows, features).

Review pull requests, refine JIRA tickets, assist support team with escalations. Opportunities

Contribute to innovation in healthcare, improving patient outcomes.

Take ownership of technical communication in cross-team projects.

Suggest technical and non-technical improvements (e.g., UI enhancements). About Us

Team: 1 product owner, 1 designer, 4 developers (including lead).

CTcue organization: ~30 people, part of IQVIA EMEA.

Agile, 2-week sprints; flexible work (home, office, hybrid); monthly team day.
Requirements
- Seasoned developer: able to translate challenging ideas into code, create abstractions, navigate large codebases, debug complex issues, and communicate effectively.
- Experience working in teams (2+ developers), giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- 3 years professional application development experience (personal/open-source projects can substitute).
- Strongly typed languages (TypeScript preferred).
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- SPA frameworks (Angular preferred).
- Excellent English (CEFR C1 or higher).
- (Near) full-time availability (32+ hours/week).
- Based in Europe (no visa sponsorship). Nice to have: Elasticsearch, Unix/Linux or DevOps, project leadership, mentoring, cross-cultural collaboration, medical domain affinity, Netherlands-based for occasional office visits.
