Job description
Acting as subject matter expert on the Localization & Internationalization (L10n & I18n) topics with for instance driving Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts projects (implementing and styling RTL interfaces for Arabic and other RTL languages).
- Leveraging i18n libraries/frameworks and integrating with translation management systems (TMS) or workflows.
- Owning performance optimization tasks involving strong understanding of web performance best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching strategies, CDN integration).

- Optimize web performance through advanced techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and strategic caching
- Integrate internationalization libraries and translation management systems to streamline multilingual content delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, globally-ready software solutions
Requirements
Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience with coding to improve efficiency
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Design and implement robust internationalization solutions that enable seamless adaptation across diverse languages and cultural contexts
- Drive Right-to-Left (RTL) layout projects, creating inclusive interfaces for Arabic and other RTL language markets
- Integrate internationalization libraries and translation management systems to streamline multilingual content delivery, Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization
- Experience building and designing test cases including knowledge of test methodologies
