Are you passionate about building intuitive digital products that create real impact? At Allianz Technology, we are developing a new global insurance platform, and we're looking for a visionary Product Owner to help shape its future. You will act as the voice of the business, defining the roadmap, prioritizing high-value features, and ensuring every release delivers meaningful improvements aligned with customer and business needs.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable, user-centric solutions. What You Do
- Create intuitive, high-quality digital products that delight users.
- Partner with business teams to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and shape impactful features.
- Support the definition of the product vision and help build a clear, value-driven roadmap
- Turn epics and feature ideas into well-crafted user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, complexity, and expectations
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and the Release Manager to estimate, build, and launch product increments
- Review sprint outcomes, assess delivered value, and present new functionalities to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong communication & negotiations skills
- Experience as a Product Owner with at least one successful product to the market
- Identify yourself with an idea and make it happen
- Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies, limitations and opportunities
- Functional Knowledge about insurance products
- Ability to work with complex requirements & deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Ability to set metrics and be able to retrieve it autonomously
- High capacity to learn and to adapt into a continuous changing environment
- Preferred a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Organization or in Information Technology
- English fluency required
