• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or applied data science with strong software engineering discipline.

• Expert-level Python-you write clean, maintainable, production-ready code (not just Jupyter notebooks).

• Advanced SQL and deep familiarity with modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar.

• Strong ability to scope ambiguity, drive projects from 0*1, and iterate based on real-world feedback.

• Passion for the AI frontier-you actively explore new research, tools, and architectures, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Nice-to-Have

• Developed agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) to automate complex workflows.

• Hands-on experience with NLP, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and the modern AI stack (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Langfuse).

• Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and prompt engineering.

• Full-stack development experience (e.g., React, FastAPI) for building internal AI tools.
