SAP Manager - PP

We're looking for a SAP Workstream Leader - Operations to join the Global IT team at a leading multinational company headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The company is undergoing a major digital transformation and is implementing SAP S/4HANA Greenfield across 47 countries and 90 entities, with full internal leadership of the program., * Lead SAP strategy and roadmap for PP, PM, and QM modules * Manage internal and external teams across global projects * Act as key contact for compañía stakeholders and BPOs * Oversee application support, budget tracking, and team development * Deliver scalable solutions aligned with Fluidra's transformation goals

• 15+ years of experience in SAP, including S/4HANA rollouts * Proven leadership in large, multinational environments * Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration * Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors * Excellent communication and interesada management skills
