Job description

We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join our Group Legal Operations team, reporting to the Group Legal Operations Director. This role will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing transformation of the Legal Function - ensuring that we operate efficiently, datadriven, and in full alignment with the Group's strategic priorities.The Legal Operations Specialist will support the Group Legal team as well as the wider Legal Function globally, providing hands-on coordination across projects, data, technology, and communications. This position is ideal for a professional with a solid foundation in project management or business operations who is eager to contribute to building a world-class Legal Operations function., * Support strategic and cross-functional Legal initiatives, ensuring clear planning, tracking, and delivery of key transformation projects.

Develop and maintain Legal Function dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to drive data-based decision-making.

Contribute to the rollout and adoption of AI, legal-technology, and automation tools, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and digital maturity.

Maintain and enhance the Legal Hub and other knowledge-sharing platforms, preparing high-quality communications and materials to strengthen engagement and alignment across the Legal Function.

Help standardize legal communications and materials by creating and maintaining high-impact presentations, templates, and visual standards for Legal Function reports and internal updates.

Assist in managing Legal budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships, including monitoring external counsel spend and supporting efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Master's degree?, 3-5 years of professional experience in Legal Operations, Project Management, Consulting, or Business Operations within a multinational or professional-services environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience or strong interest in AI tools and technologies relevant to Legal Operations, including document automation, contract lifecycle management, or data analytics solutions.

Interest in technology, data, and process optimization.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
