Job description
Responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-based systems and services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Additionally, you will coordinate team activities, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery. You will also administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of virtual machines and related resources., * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.
- Ensure system security, patching, and compliance with best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational stability.
- Implement, manage, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper-V).
- Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines and related resources.
- Monitor virtualization infrastructure for performance, capacity, and availability.
- Perform migrations, upgrades, and backups within virtualized environments.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities within the infrastructure team.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and changes.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience: 4-6 years in Windows systems administration and infrastructure management.
- Expert knowledge of:
- Windows Server administration
- Active Directory and related services
- Required:
- VMware (virtualization)
- Preferred:
- Hyper-V
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Networking fundamentals and security best practices
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage team activities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or ITIL Foundation.
