Qualifications / Requirements * 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience, with a strong background in architecture, development, validation, and quality assurance across complex platforms. * Deep understanding of Agile at scale (SAFe) and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams. * Strong technical expertise in modern software technologies, development frameworks, and validation strategies. * Track record building and developing high-performing teams, including talent acquisition, coaching, and career development. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience driving continuous improvement and innovation in software development. * Continuous learning mindset and staying updated with the latest advancements in technologies and connectivity protocols. * Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing systems. * Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; SAFe or Agile leadership certifications are a strong plus. * Strong knowledge of protection and control segments for transmission and distribution, IEC 61850, 60870-5, 62351, 62433-4-2, and security best practices for devices. * Experience in Power System Product Design is appreciated.
