Radar Systems Engineer - Requirements & MBSE

Spain is investing in its future defense capabilities - and Indra is leading the way. We're hiring Engineers to work on next-generation AESA radar systems, to be part of the PEM (Programa Especial de Modernización) launched by the Spanish Government. These are strategic national projects that will define the future of air defense platforms. Responsibilities

• Model radar systems functionally and structurally using MBSE tools.
• Define and maintain system architecture and interface specifications.
• Analyze and review technical documentation and system requirements.
• Manage and trace requirements using IBM DOORS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, integration, testing).
• Support system-level verification and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.
• Provide independent technical assessments at subsystem and system level.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or similar.
• Experience in systems engineering applied to radar, defense, or aerospace.
• Proficiency in DOORS, MATLAB.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced English level. Spanish is a must.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD, STANAG, MBSE methodologies.
• Eligibility for NATO clearance.
