Job description
As a strategic technical leader, you will define architectures, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the successful development and governance of enterprise solutions.
Your role:
You will lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse). You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, defining governance standards, and driving cross-team collaboration to ensure platform adoption and long-term scalability.
Main responsibilities:
Architecture & Technical Leadership:
- Design scalable and secure Power Platform architectures, defining data models, integration patterns, and technical strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
- Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and security models to ensure consistency and quality across all solutions.
- Lead development teams by providing guidance, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring adherence to DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD processes.
Delivery & Collaboration:
- Oversee solution implementation from concept to deployment, ensuring smooth testing, rollout, and ongoing platform governance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Foster strong collaboration with IT teams, developers, and business leaders to ensure alignment and drive successful project delivery.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with Power Platform capabilities, Azure technologies, and industry best practices.
- Promote innovation and thought leadership, identifying opportunities to enhance platform adoption and optimize enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and cloud architectures in Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (desirable).
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Proactive, problem-solving, and innovation-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, security, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing models.
Certifications (Required / Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Required
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Preferred
