Job description
Provide first-line technical support to our team, ensuring devices and IT services run smoothly. You will help with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office and remote equipment while learning modern IT operations., * Prepare, image, and maintain Windows.
- Repair and troubleshoot PCs and peripherals.
- Maintain and support video-conferencing rooms and devices.
- Handle tickets in Jira and meet response/resolution SLAs.
- Use our RMM/MDM tools for remote support, patching, and inventory.
- Provision and deprovision users in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365; manage groups and basic permissions.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists (accounts, MFA, devices).
- Keep accurate asset inventory and device lifecycle records.
- Automate repetitive tasks with basic PowerShell or Shell scripts.
- Apply security hygiene: updates, disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), AV, MFA enrollments.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk support role (internship or entry-level role acceptable).
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows in a helpdesk setting
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably Jira).
- Exposure to RMM/MDM and basic scripting (PowerShell/Shell).
- Basic understanding of networks (IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Organized and willing to learn in a team environment.
- Intermediate English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin exposure.
- Ubiquiti UniFi familiarity.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Jamf basics.
- Experience writing internal KB articles.
