Job description
Lead financial control, governance, and performance management of Central IT & Data platforms to ensure optimal investment allocation, efficient spending, and compliance with financial regulations - while maintaining and continuously improving reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Financial Reporting and Performance Animation
- Financial management and support for Central IT & Data platforms
- Month-end closing process and results animation
- Budgeting of IT platform costs and recurring forecast updates
- Reporting of key financial results using performance tools (Power BI, Excel)
Analysis and Performance Management
- Analysis of central platform results, actual vs forecast comparisons
- Support to IT teams in understanding the financial aspects of their activities
- Identification of insights to improve financial results and controlling processes
- Oversight of accounting rules, compliance, and rational use of resources in IT & Data finance processes
- Project management for deployment of controlling tools, new processes, and productivity initiatives
Communication and Collaboration
- Communication of financial results and process follow-up with IT & Data teams, Finance partners, and other global functions
- Foster a productive, constructive, and positive working environment with key stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The criteria listed below are indicative. Applications presenting a different combination of experiences and skills may also be considered:
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent), or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have approximately 2 years of experience in roles related to Finance or IT/Data, ideally in a dynamic and transformational environment.
- You are proficient in office and data tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills, can take a step back, and know how to leverage data effectively.
- You enjoy working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, thrive in stimulating and evolving environments, and want to help shape the future.
- You are comfortable speaking in public, including in front of large audiences.
