We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Projects Executive to join our growing Marketing Team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.
The Digital and Marketing Technology team implements and manages the firm's integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels. The digital channels include our public and client websites, email marketing system, content libraries, and blogs. The team is also responsible for the technologies that support core business development and marketing processes, including experience collection, contact management, pitching and opportunity management, CV management, event management, client segmentation and marketing analytics. These broad areas of activity support each other and overlap, helping to provide a 360° view of our interactions with a client.
The team is part of the global marketing, business development and communications group. What you will do
The Digital Projects Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, quality, integration and ongoing management of digital platforms, projects and tools within the organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring quality assurance, managing platform migrations, and supporting the rollout and maintenance of key martech solutions.
Website QA and testing:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of aoshearman.com website testing activities across sprints, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify and implement new test cases and scenarios following the release of new features or updates.

Create and manage user guides for website templates and components
Platform migrations and decommissioning:

Provide ongoing technical and content support for various website and digital platform content migrations

Oversee content archiving processes.

Communicate updates on the migration plans to the wider business
Marketing and digital tools management:

Blogging tools: Champion and support ongoing rollout, manage implementation plans, and develop approval workflows.

Lead tracking tool: Develop digital team's use of the tool and collaborate with data specialist to integrate reporting into TDP / Power BI. Lead on the long-term strategy and rollout plan to all marketing/BD and integration with CRM.

Cookie tool: Own agency relationship, be tool superuser, manage new and existing cookie banners and updates, and liaise with IHL on consent wording.
DPIAs/contract renewals:

Alongside the Senior Digital Manager, support DPIA, AI, and security reviews for new and existing martech tools.

Act as a subject matter expert on DPIA processes and contract renewals.
Other ad-hoc digital projects and activities

Support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, including, content migrations, platform integrations, and campaign rollouts.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve digital project delivery processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web design?, * Proven experience in digital project management, website administration, or a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment.

Strong understanding of website QA/testing processes, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), website templates, and component-based web design.

Experience supporting platform migrations, including technical and content aspects.

Knowledge of martech tools such as Passle, Lead Forensics, and cookie consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).

Experience with data privacy, DPIA processes, and security reviews for digital tools.

Proficiency in using reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, TDP) is desirable.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Experience in preparing user guides, documentation, and training materials.
