Founding Elixir Engineer - Core Fintech Infrastructure

• Build and scale backend services for payments and account management
• Integrate with major European banking and payment providers
• Design APIs and data flows that handle high-volume financial transactions
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, testing, deployment, and reliability

Do you have experience in Elixir?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years backend experience (fintech, banking, or similar complex systems)

• Strong production experience with Elixir (or other functional/concurrent systems)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and database design
• Comfortable building for scale, reliability, and security
• Fluent in English, and ideally Russian too
