Ensure the optimal functioning of the security capabilities of the Infrastructure platform.
Implement, tune, and conduct ongoing administration of security tooling, including proposing systems changes, better practices and improvements
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.
Continuously monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
Oversee the implementation and management of access controls to ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
Contribute on efforts to respond to and recover from security incidents.
Collaborate with IT Security Team (SecOps) to ensure security measures and controls are integrated according to Group Security policies, Group library controls and industry regulations.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to estimate resource requirements, plan for future growth, and ensure infrastructure scalability to meet evolving business needs.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and Configure Security Systems: management and configuration of firewalls, switches, and other network security devices.
Ensure VMware Cloud Security: Implement and maintain security measures for VMware environments: vCenter, NSX and NKP.
Vulnerability Management: Configure and manage security tools to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensure the follow-up and remediation of identified vulnerabilities
Setup Monitoring and Security Logging: Set up logs and alerts from solutions to an incident detection service
Manage Access Controls: Oversee identity and access management, including privileged access management.
Automate Security Processes: Develop scripts and automation tools using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline security processes.

We are seeking a skilled Security Solution Administrator (DevSecOps) to join our team. This role involves managing and securing our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is resilient, scalable, and highly available. The ideal candidate will have experience in network security, cloud security, encryption, vulnerability management, EDR/VPN, monitoring and logging, IAM/PAM. Additionally, familiarity with CI/CD environments, scripting, code scanning, containerization, and public cloud platforms is advantageous., * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional experience: At least least 5 years as a Security Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on managing and maintaining Security solutions in regulated and or highly available environment. At least 3 years in regulated environments requiring scripting and conf automation languages experience.

Network Security: Fortigate, Stormshield
VMware Cloud Security: vCenter, NKP, NSX.
Vulnerability Management: Qualys, Contrast
EDR/VPN: HarfangLab.
IAM/PAM: Active Directory, WALLIX.
