Requirements
Infrastructure team and Data Team to implement technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and code quality. Optimize application performance and scalability, addressing technical debt where necessary. Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring system stability and reliability. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing solutions. Key Stakeholders: Reports to: Lead Developer or Software Development Manager Works with: Product Owners External interactions: May collaborate with the support team to help them to respond to the client Performance Metrics: Code quality and adherence to best practices Contribution to project timelines and deliverables System reliability and performance improvements Active participation in knowledge sharing and team mentorship Knowledge Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development (Golang) Experience in Payments, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech is a plus. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
