Job description

  • Identity Access Management CoE is looking for an Identity Governance and Administration technical lead expert:
  • Master IGA technology and integration patterns with other systems - main objective is to be the Integrator team lead
  • Provide recommendation and lead analysis on Integration and configuration of the tool in AXA ecosystem.
  • Design stakeholder - Enforces the quality and security by design in close collaboration with architect, tech lead and security
  • Implement concretely connectors, pattern and tech component of the solution

Main missions

  • The purpose of the Lead expert IGA role in implementing an Identity Governance and Administration is to be the technical reference and expert in the following area :
  • Technical Implementation: The Lead expert IGA is responsible for the technical aspects of implementing the solution, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Process Automation: By automating identity management processes, the Lead expert IGA helps to streamline and automate the process of creating, managing, and deactivating user identities, reducing manual effort and risk of errors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Lead expert IGA act as main technical point of contact during design with various teams, including IT, HR, and Security, to understand their needs and ensure the identity provisioning tool meets these needs. He shall put in place a close collaboration with other technical team member -especially the IAM global tech lead.
  • Maintenance: To maintain and enhance the new AXA global platform, its documentation (Target Operating Model, architecture, guides, procedures, etc.), according to Product lifecycle, roadmap and projects.
  • Operations: The Lead expert IGA lead act and guide other integrator to manage complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) and train BAU teams on standard operations.
  • Changes: It will also be requested to support during the demand management process, to analyze fit of client's requirements to existing use cases and scope the effort to execute the demand.

Requirements

Do you have a Master's degree?, Technical skills

  • 5 years of proven successful experience in Information security / IAM as specialist or expert in large scale organization in a Shared-Services setup,
  • Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform
  • Expertise in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java and Middleware are recommended to manage the existing technical environments.
  • Expertise in IAM concepts, solutions and services, Familiar with network, workplace and infrastructure domains,
  • Experience in programming languages,
  • Familiar with Project Management and Service Management practices.
  • Familiar with operation

Soft skills / transversal skills

  • Ability to lead a team of integrator in order to help them to converge on robust solutions at operational level.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
  • "Service-oriented" person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service…
  • Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, other AXA GO, OpCos, GSC…) while keeping good relationships.
  • Analytical skills to help drive the "continuous improvement" objective of the products towards a global shared service.
  • Data analysis and modeling: Proficiency in using tools and techniques to analyze and model data for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Project management: Ability to manage project requirements, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • IAM knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry or business domain in which the business analyst operates.
  • Process design and reengineering. Capacity to model processes both in technical terms for IAM engineer and in Business terms (HR and Procurement) for internal customers
  • Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus
