As a Agentic AI & Data Scientist at Kyndryl you are the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions, using a powerful blend of well-defined methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. In this role, you will embark on a transformative process of business understanding, data understanding, and data preparation. Utilizing statistical and mathematical modeling techniques, you'll have the opportunity to create models that defy convention - models that hold the key to solving intricate business challenges. With an acute eye for accuracy and generalization, you'll evaluate these models to ensure they not only solve business problems but do so optimally.

Additionally, you're not just building and validating models - you're deploying them as code to applications and processes, ensuring that the model(s) you've selected sustains its business value throughout its lifecycle.

Your mastery extends to data management, migration, strategy, change management, and policy and regulation., * Build and optimize Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous systems at scale.

• Fluent in French
• PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / GenAI engineering , including building or contributing to frameworks (not just API usage).
• Strong programming skills in Python and architectural design (microservices, message brokers).
• Expert knowledge of:

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.)
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI
• Vector DB and RAG

• Excellent understanding of GenAI technologies and market-leading vendor solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into data science solutions and deliver scalable AI systems.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to operate independently in a high-trust, low-hierarchy team.
• Academic contributions (whitepapers, publications, open-source projects) are highly valued.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google ML, or Databricks.
• Experience with graph theory, DevOps, distributed systems.
• Prior work in digital transformation or AI-native product development.
• Presence in academic communities (authorship, presentations).
