Job description
Since 2022, we have been engaged in an ambitious decarbonization trajectory and is now considered one of the leaders of motorsport decarbonization (first manufacturer to reach the FIA 3-star accreditation, 2023 FIA low-carbon award winner, etc). Supported since the beginning by Capgemini, we have progressively undertaken all the steps to structure its decarbonization pathway: baseline carbon footprint calculation, target setting, decarbonization roadmap definition, governance definition. For 2.5 years, we have been implementing its roadmap to meet its targets. To address other environmental topics and comply with the FIA requirements, we are implementing and managing an Environmental Management System (EMS).
Under the supervision of management team, you will lead the implementation of decarbonization roadmap and EMS as a senior project management leader.
Tasks :
Provide expertise, content and tools on carbon and environmental topics

Provide carbon expertise and knowledge to action leaders to support them in implementing their actions

Update and upgrade the Excel carbon footprint decision-making tools following the needs of the action leaders (especially logistics, design office, suppliers, etc)

Provide specific assistance to some action leaders, especially the procurement team to support the onboarding of suppliers, being the one who is orchestrating and following the supplier engagement roadmap together with the purchase department manager and the design office to support the designers in the integration of alternative materials and eco-design

Propose new actions to decarbonize and improve environmental management

Lead the implementation of EMS and perform audit simulations

Manage the- FIA accreditation process, the audit, award applications, etc

Upskill the action leaders on climate and environmental topics by proposing/performing specific actions (Climate Fresks workshops, training, seminars, etc)

Perform regular monitoring of news and updates on carbon topics related to the motorsport sector (benchmark, etc)

Engage the action leaders' community through a regular governance (steering committee, monthly reviews, etc)
Monitor & report on carbon and environmental topics

Monitor the progress of the implementation of climate roadmap actions closely with action leaders to provide regular progress reporting

Monitor the progress of the EMS action plan and ensure the reporting following the FIA recommendations (KPIs, etc)

Inform the company's top management on the issues and needs faced by action leaders
Update and report carbon footprint

Perform the annual carbon footprint update relying on the masterfiles and by organizing the necessary data collection with both action leaders and data owners, following the data reporting protocol and market best practices

Improve the carbon calculation methodology (emission factor update, etc)

Monitor the company's carbon trajectory

Report and align the process and methodology with the company especially considering the CSRD guidelines
Represent the company on environmental topics

Represent the company in the Group carbon-related working groups and monitoring committees

Represent the company in ecosystem working groups (FIA sustainability commission, etc)

Work closely with the company to share best practices and identify interesting resources provided by the Group that might serve the company

Animate and represent the internal & external communication of Stellantis Motorsport on carbon and environmental topics (external interviews, internal newsletters, internal Grand Public restitutions)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, 8+ years of experience

Expert in Carbon Accounting and decarbonization

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of the automotive sector and interest in the motorsport sector
Requirements:
- Presence at the Satory site (near Versailles) two to three days a week to work closely with the team. At the beginning, almost full time onsite would be required
