Job description
- As Product Manager for the Enablement team, you will be responsible for the delivery of engineering enablement capabilities for the Public Cloud such as pre-configured TerraForm building blocks, Migration patterns, Observability, Disaster Recovery and Chaos Engineering.
- Moreover, you will help the consumers - together with our solution architects - design their workloads to make sure they can run smoothly on Public Cloud.
- This entails working with global stakeholders and consumers in the various countries that (want to) make use of the Public Cloud platform.
- Together with the lead engineer and architects, you will translate business requirements into stories for the engineering squads to work on. You are e
- pected to create a product vision and convey a compelling story on how the product will evolve both from a functional and non-functional perspective. In addition, you will be on point for the delivery of new features and maintenance of your products to create a differentiating consumer e
- perience.
- Within the Tribe we aim for empowered product teams, the product manager is accountable for the delivery of solutions that are viable, feasible and desirable.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Proven track record in delivery of IT products as a product manager or project/program manager.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Public Cloud (Azure and/or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure as code and CICD pipelines to deliver the products in a secure and repeatable manner.
- Having a strategic mindset with an eye on the long-term perspective to ensure the product anticipates future consumers' needs.
- Knowing how to navigate restrictions and regulations and applying them to the products the Enablement team delivers regarding policies and disaster recovery.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels, from engineer to c-level, in a constructive and collaborative manner.
- Having knowledge of monitoring/SRE to enable cloud teams to monitor the deployed paved roads and running applications.
- Have a broad perspective on products: from feature delivery to non-functional risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective global multi-cultural teams with diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
- Have a curious mindset and learn-it-all attitude.
