Job description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of the Cloud Native / Cloud Ready (CNCR) Platform team within a global tech organization. Your mission: enable frictionless development and deployment across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, leveraging automation, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code to deliver secure, scalable, and observable systems.
You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners to design and evolve our hybrid cloud landscape, from on-prem migrations to cloud-native services like AKS, GKE, and App Services.
You'll be the go-to person for all things CI/CD, observability, and automation, helping teams ship faster and safer
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and evolve multi-cloud infrastructure (GCP & Azure) using Terraform and modern DevOps tooling.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines that automate builds, tests, and deployments for distributed systems.
- Enable teams to deploy securely and reliably through robust monitoring, policies, and guardrails.
- Lead migrations from legacy on-prem environments to scalable cloud platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects and developers to define roadmaps and best practices.
- Continuously improve performance, cost efficiency, and resilience through observability and automation.
- Stay ahead of the curve, explore and introduce emerging DevOps and cloud-native technologies.

Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Deep experience with GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes (GKE/AKS).
- Proficiency in Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools).
- Strong CI/CD background (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Familiarity with Ansible, monitoring tools, and cloud networking concepts.
- A security-first mindset and a drive to automate everything.
- (Bonus) Cloud certifications in GCP or Azure.
