Job description

You'll work closely with internal teams across departments to ensure Salesforce is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals., This is a senior, hands-on position combining Salesforce administration, business analysis, and system improvement. You'll be responsible for maintaining the platform, managing integrations, supporting users, and turning business requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions., Salesforce Management & Optimization

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and support
  • Create and manage flows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and quality checks
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions

Business Analysis & Process Design

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Identify areas for system improvement and automation
  • Communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical users

Integration & System Development

  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other internal platforms
  • Work with third-party vendors or developers on enhancements and new features
  • Evaluate and implement suitable AppExchange solutions

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain best practices for configuration, testing, and release management
  • Keep up to date with new Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates
  • Document processes and ensure consistent user adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
  • Strong configuration skills using Flows, Process Builder, and advanced admin tools
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions
  • Solid understanding of data models, permissions, and platform architecture
  • Exposure to integrations and API-based tools
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin / Advanced Admin / App Builder) are an advantage, * Experience with global or multi-department organizations
  • Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently across time zones and functions
