Scrum Master (Scaled Agile)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile teams within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment supporting complex, mission-critical IT systems. You'll play a key role in coaching teams, facilitating collaboration, and driving SAFe adoption across a large-scale, multidisciplinary program., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective collaboration between teams in a SAFe (Scaled Agile) context.

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
• Support SAFe implementation, including PI Planning, synchronization, and dependency management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership to remove impediments and optimize flow.
• Lead large-group sessions (25+ participants) and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
• Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and delivery excellence.

Do you have experience in Software development?, Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master in medium-to-large organizations. Certification: PSM1/PSM2 or SSM v5+, plus Leading SAFe v5+. Proven experience facilitating large groups (25+ people) within a scaled environment. Citizenship: Dutch nationality only (VGB security clearance required). Residency: At least 10 consecutive years living in the Netherlands. Language: Excellent Dutch (C1 or higher) and good English. Security Clearance: Must have or be eligible for VGB (Dutch government clearance).

Soft Criteria (Preferred)

SAFe DevOps (SDP) certification. Background in software development or IT infrastructure. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training Agile teams. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
