Solution Architect (Corporate Center, IT Domain)

The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end IT solutions across corporate domains such as Finance, HR, Treasury, Facilities, Sustainability, Audit, Legal, and Communications. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring scalable and robust solutions aligned with enterprise standards., * Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.

• Design and document solution architectures (application, data, integration, infrastructure).
• Lead solution design workshops and align stakeholders.
• Maintain architectural artifacts and solution visions.
• Guide Agile teams during implementation.
• Co-create architecture roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 5+ years in IT architecture with strong functional and technical design experience.

• Proven expertise in finance domains (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
• University-level education in a relevant field., * TOGAF certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate).
• Background in financial services, lending, or leasing is a plus.
