Lead DevOps Engineer

• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps processes, teams, boards, and security settings
• Use REST APIs and automation to streamline work-item management and enable process standardization
• Design and implement technical and procedural solutions supporting uniform project setup and governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance customization needs with usability and efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to backlog refinement and solution design, As a Senior member of the team, you are responsible for:
• Guiding more junior members of the team regarding the company's Processes and Policies
• Involved in Solution Design regarding both Technical and Procedural Challenges
• Highly Engaged in Backlog Item Definition and Refinement

Do you have experience in Usability?, You are an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who enjoys improving user experience and standardizing workflows across complex environments. You have a strong technical foundation in Azure DevOps configuration, process management, and automation, with a passion for creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding others to deliver consistent, high-quality results., * Proven experience in Azure DevOps configuration, REST APIs, and process customization

• Knowledge of Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and programming in .NET or similar languages

• Understanding of security permissions, automation rules, and Azure DevOps extension

• Familiar with automation rules within Azure DevOps processes

• Familiar with creating Azure DevOps Extensions

• Familiar with Terraform

• Familiarity with Terraform and large-scale standardization projects
