IT Risk & Compliance - M365

1. Compliance & Policy Interpretation

• Ability to read and interpret corporate policies and legal-style documents.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable technical plans.

2. Technical Knowledge of M365

• Not deep engineering, but enough to understand dependencies, recovery options, and testing scenarios.
• Power BI is not required, which simplifies the tech scope.

3. Autonomous Planning & Documentation

• Self-driven creation of disaster recovery documentation.
• Experience in runbook creation and test planning is essential.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with the team to gather technical inputs.
• Identify dependencies across teams and systems.

5. Testing & Simulation

• Design and lead table-top exercises.
• Run limited recovery scenarios to validate the plan.

• The ideal candidate would be someone with:

• Risk & compliance experience in IT environments.
• Strong documentation and planning skills.
• M365 familiarity, especially around data recovery, retention, and service continuity
