Software Engineer

The Associate Software Engineer develops, maintains and enhances complex and diverse software systems, often under the guidance of more senior engineers.

A recent college graduate with a Software Engineering degree with knowledge assisting in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions, with a focus on Linux operating systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python., BS Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline.

4 years SWE experience on projects with similar software processes, may be substituted for a BS degree.

Knowledge of Agile software processes.

Knowledge of Linux commands. Desired Skills: Multiple programming languages (JAVA, Python)

Ability to write new code, and maintain existing code

Ability to debug existing code

Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $65,300 - $115,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
